Chat Dropdown



The following steps can be done by going to Design › Edit Theme › General › Header › Action Icons in your eCom back office.



The chat dropdown feature gives your customers a quick way to get in touch with your customer service, either by Facebook Messenger, Phone or reviewing your FAQs. Each of these options can be activated/deactivated by using the Theme Settings.




  • Facebook Messenger – This links directly to your Facebook page. Be sure to enter the URL to your Facebook page in the Social settings (General - Footer - Social) 
  • Phone – When clicked, this will automatically dial your contact number on the mobile device they are using. The phone number is set in the Contact Settings in your eCom back office.
  • FAQs – This link will take them directly to your Customer Service page, where the FAQs are displayed. If you haven’t already created your FAQs, that can be done by going to Content › FAQs in your eCom back office
